Sundal

Red kidney beans and channa - 1 cup
raw mango
green chillies - 3
grated carrot
coconut
coriander leaves
Mustard
onion








  • Soak red kidney beans and channa for 8 hrs and pressure cook it with salt.
  • Take out the cooked beans and add cut mango, grated carrot, coconut, coriander and mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and saute the onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add it to the mixed beans. Add lemon juice if required.
