Ingredients
Cauliflower florets - 15 - 20nos
onion - 1
tomato - 1
Green chilli - 2
turmeric
lemon juice - 1tbsp
salt
List 1
channa dhal - 2 tsp
red chillies - 2
Dhaniya - 1 tbsp
List 2
peppercorns - 6
cinamon - 1/2 inch piece
cloves - 2
fennel seeds - 1 tsp
khus khus - 1 tsp
cardamon - 2
ginger - 1 inch piece
garlic - 1 or 2 pods
coconut - 2 tbsp
- Clean the cauliflower florets by dropping it in boiling hot water with salt added to it for about 10 mins.
- Roast the ingredients in the list 1
- Then grind the ingredients in the list 1 and list 2 and make it a smooth paste.
- In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and saute the onions.
- Add chopped tomatoes to it. Now add turmeric and green chillies to it.
- Add the cleaned cauliflower and let it cook.
- Now add the grounded paste and add water as required.
- Add salt and let it boil well.
- Squeeze lemon juice.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve it with rice or roti's/puri!
