Peerkangai thogayal / Ridgegourd chutney

peerkankai thogayal, heerekai chutney
Ridgegourd - 1 cup sliced
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
channa dal - 1/4 tbsp
Red chillies - 3
tamarind (little)
curry leaves 
Add a teaspoon of oil and roast the dal's along with red chillies along with curry leaves, take  it out and set aside. Then add the cut ridgegourd slices and fry it well. When it all cools down, grind it along with asoefetida, tamarind and salt.

Thank you for stopping by my Blog. You have a lot of different chutney varieties that i have never tried , which looks very yummy and delicious. I will try the chutneys.Thank you for the recipes.
