Besan 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
onion (finely chopped, a little, just for flavor)
coriander & curry leaves
salt
list:1
Dhaniya 1 tbsp
red chili 2
Jeera 1 tsp
Grind the ingredients in the list 1 to a coarse powder. Mix all the flour, ground powder from list 1, finely chopped onions, curry and coriander leaves, salt. Knead all the ingredients with warm water and make it to a soft pliable dough. Keep it covered for about 1 hour. Split the dough into small balls and make parathas. In a hot tava, put the roti and cook it well. Smear it with ghee or butter and serve it with hot curry, raitha or pickle.

Besan roti looks soft. Nice idea to powder the spices and add, which wil surely give a fresh flavor to it.
