Poppy seed - 1 tsp
Coriander seed - 1/2 tsp

tamarind pulp - 1/2 tsp
- Heat the kadai.
- Add a teaspoon of oil in it.
- Roast the ingredients in the list 1 and keep it aside.
- Pour in 1 tbsp of oil. When it is hot, add onions and saute it well.
- Then add chopped tomatoes. Add turmeric powder.
- Take a little portion of onion, tomato sauteed in the pan and grind it along with the ingredients in list 1 including the tamarind pulp and make it a smooth paste.
- Now in the pan add chopped capsicum and cook it well.
- Now add the grounded paste salt and let it boil by adding water as required. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Spicy capsicum gravy is ready!
