Wheat rava dosa

wheat rava dosa/diabetic dosa
My mom being a diabetic patient has been advised to take whole wheat contents. She usually does wheat rava upma, for a change she tried this out and passed on the recipe to me. I tried it and it really did come out very well.
Broken wheat rava - 3 cups
green chillies - 2
tomato - 1
onion - 1 medium size
curry leaves
coriander leaves
Soak wheat rava in water for 1 hour. Wash it and grind it with green chillies, tomato and salt by adding little water as required. Batter consistency can be like the one we use for idli. Now the batter is ready to make dosa. You can season little mustard, jeera, saute the onions add curry and coriander leaves to it and mix it along with the batter. It will be like onion uthappam too! Serve it hot with coconut chutney.
