Sabudana upma

This tiffin is famous in North India. Sabudhana or sago is known as javvarisi in tamil. We usually do payasam using this. I just wanted to try this for tiffin and it turned out to be good!
Ingredients
Sabudana - 1cup
onion - 1 medium size
red chilli - 1
green chillies - 2
turmeric
lemon - 1 tbsp
coconut - 1 tbsp
salt
Seasoning
mustard
jeera
chana dal
urad dal
peanuts
curry leaves

Soak sabudhana in water for around 4 hrs. When it gets soaked and we cook it, its volume increases. So just try it out with small quantity at first. Now drain the soaked sabudana spread it in a kitchen towel so that excess water is absorbed. Now transfer it to a bowl add turmeric and little salt and just mix it with hand. Now in a pan add oil and when it is hot, add the items for seasoning and fry it. Now add onion, red chillies, green chillies, little salt and saute it well. Then add 1 tbsp of lemon and add coconut and fry it. Now add sabudana and fry it well. Let it cook for around 3 mins in open. This taste good with coconut chutney or raitha.
