Kadai Paneer curry

onion - 1
tomatoes - 2 (small sized)
jeera - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
green bell pepper/ capsicum - 2
kasuri methi
First, pour 2 tbsp of oil and when it is hot roast the paneer until it turns golden brown and set it aside. In the same pan, add jeera and then add onion and saute it until it is soft and then add chopped tomatoes and saute it.  When the tomatoes are soft add turmeric pwd, red chilli powder, cumin , coriander powder and fry it well till the oil leaves out. Then add capsicum and let it cook well. It need not be well cooked. Little crunchy will be good. When it is done, add paneer and toss it. Then add kasturi methi for a wonderful aroma and then let it cook for couple of min. This curry can be had with rotis or rice.
