Bhindi fry

Bhindi - 15 nos
Corn flour - 1/2 cup 
rice flour - 1/2 cup
red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
turmeric, asoftidea - a pinch
salt

Wash and wipe bhindi with kitchen towel. Cut bhidi lengthwise. Mix the flours and all the other ingrediants with water. Let the batter be watery. Now dip the bhindi in the batter and deep fry. Take it out and spread it on a kitchen towel.
