Don't know what to cook for dinner? Tired of upmas? you can try this quick instant dosa. Though it will not be very crispy, like the classic dosa, sure it would be a quick, tasty fix for dinner. Of many trials that I did, I have given two varieties, that turned out good.
wheat flour - 1 cup
besan (gram flour) - 1/4 cup
white rava - 2 tsp
Jeera - 2 tsp
onion - 1
green chillies - 2
salt - 1 tsp
coriander & curry leaves a little.
water - 2-3 cups
Put all the ingredients in a bowl except the onion and mix it with water. Depending on the consistency of the dosa batter, add more or less water. Now microwave or saute the onion so that it is soft and then add it to the batter and mix it. Now the batter is ready for making dosa.
The other method is just the same, except the slight change in the ingredients.
