It is important to take all the fruits and vegetables, without adding any fat to it like, the salad dressing, sugar, meat etc; You can use lemon, salt, pepper, Ginger, olive oil etc for seasoning.

Dieting becomes much easier if you go for zero and negative calorie food. Any diet should normally take 1200 calories per day to get the energy. But it is also very important that you need to take in well balanced foods that contain the essential nutrients needed for the body. Those are proteins, carbohydrates, unsaturated fats, vitamins and minerals that should be included in our daily intake of nutritious foods.
