Microwave tomato soup

Tomato soup is all time favorite for all of us in our family. I learnt it to do in microwave now!
Ingredients
Riped Tomatoes - 6
Onion medium sized - 1
grated carrot - 1/2 cup
wheat or corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
milk - 1/4 cup
sugar - a pinch
pepper and salt as required
  • I a microwave safe bowl, add washed and cut tomatoes, onion and grated carrots and set it in high for around 6 mins. Take out every 2 mins in between and stir the ingredients.
  • Meanwhile in a separate bowl, add flour and mix it with milk and make a watery paste.
  • When the tomatoes along with other ingredients gets cool, remove tomato skin if you can and then grind it to smooth paste in the blender.
  • Sieve it to remove the seeds and skin.
  • Now heat the soup for a min and add the watery paste to it. 
  • Add a little sugar and salt and pepper as required and microwave it for 2 mins and serve it hot!
