Kaju katli

kaju katliIngredients:
1 cup cashew nuts
2 cups sugar
1. Soak cashew nuts in water for about 1 hour.
2. Grind the soaked cashew nuts. Add little milk if necessary to form a smooth paste.
3. Heat the kadai. Add the sugar. Then add little water and keep stiring until the sugar melts completely.
4. Now add the grinded paste.
5. keep the flame in medium and keep stirring.
6. When the mixture becomes stiff like a dough, you remove it from the flame.
7. Transfer it to the plate, which is greased with little ghee.
8. Allow it to cool and then make diamond shaped slices.
